Plant operator (dozer) — Douglas County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Douglas County, Colorado. You will be based at a busy earthworks site. Day to day you will spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
