Scullery hand — County Durham

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in County Durham, England. You will work in a catering unit. Your main tasks: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
