Kitchenhand — Union County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Union County, Illinois. The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Full-time, day shift.
