Join our team: we are hiring a steward in Obudu, Cross River State. You will work in a hospital canteen. On a typical shift you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers We offer ₦230,000 per month plus benefits.
