Rebar foreman — Wilcox County

Join our team: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Wilcox County, Georgia. The job is on a busy residential building site. Your main tasks: • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors Requirements: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
