Ideal candidate: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine On a typical shift you will read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam.
