Immediate opening: we are hiring a rigger in Webster County, Georgia. The job is on a high-rise building site. What we are looking for: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles The role involves set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
