Plasterer — Spencer County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plasterer in Spencer County, Kentucky. The job is on a commercial fit-out project. You should have: • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work On a typical shift you will fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $28 per hour plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
