What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Full-time, day shift.
