Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On a typical shift you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
