What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes The role involves strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust. $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
