UPVC welding machine operator — Summit County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Summit County, Colorado. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. You should have: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Your main tasks: • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
