Container truck driver — Jackson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a container truck driver in Jackson County, Georgia. You should have: • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements On the job you will handle: • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
