Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear On a typical shift you will fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; guide loads through tight openings into their final position.
