Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On a typical shift you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
