Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Multnomah County, Oregon. The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts We offer $24 per hour plus benefits.
