Surface coating operator wanted in Cherokee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Cherokee County, Georgia. The job is at a powder coating unit. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day-to-day duties: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
