Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
