Deboner — Lee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Lee County, Georgia. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On the job you will handle: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
