Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Douglas County, Georgia. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe 4+ years on the tools preferred.
