Powder coating line operator — Ferry County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Ferry County, Washington. You will work at a powder coating unit. You will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
