Quality control inspector — Ottawa County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Ottawa County, Michigan. You will work at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. On the job you will handle: • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols Part-time with flexible hours.
