Day to day you will mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Able to read and match factory paint codes Part-time with flexible hours.
