Day to day you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
