Deboner — Okitipupa

Join our team: we are hiring a deboner in Okitipupa, Ondo State. The job is in a meat processing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Rotating shifts.
