We are recruiting: commis chef (Kentucky)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Crittenden County, Kentucky. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Six days a week, one day off.
