Line cook — Asa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Asa, Kwara State. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
