Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Johnson County, Missouri. The role involves hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 2+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
