Bread and bun maker wanted in Madison County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Madison County, North Carolina. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day-to-day duties: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Six days a week, one day off.
