Surface coating operator • Esmeralda County, Nevada

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Esmeralda County, Nevada. You will be based at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On a typical shift you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage.
