CO2 welder — Clay County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Clay County, Arkansas. You will work at a busy production line. The role involves set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. What we are looking for: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Rotating shifts.
