We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Jefferson County, Montana. You will be based at a banquet hall. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change The role involves: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
