Dough maker — Knowsley

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Knowsley, England. Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
