Argon welder — Barde

Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon welder in Barde, Yobe State. You will tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through. You should have: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
