Safety marshal wanted in Smith County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety marshal in Smith County, Texas. The job is in a chemical processing unit. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements You will check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry.
