Elevator service technician — Carroll County

Now hiring: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Carroll County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate You will replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; run load and overload tests with test weights; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
