Urgent requirement: fine-dining server (Colorado)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Otero County, Colorado. You will be based at a banquet hall. You will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
