Immediate opening: LGV Class 1 driver (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Glasscock County, Texas. You will be based on long-haul routes across the country. The role involves: • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts Ideal candidate: • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
