PVC window fabricator — Monongalia County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Monongalia County, West Virginia. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. Your main tasks: • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile Requirements: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits.
