You will press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
