Immediate opening: EHS coordinator (Kentucky)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Laurel County, Kentucky. The job is in a chemical processing unit. You will investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS). What we are looking for: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
