Falsework carpenter — Butler County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Butler County, Kansas. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. Your main tasks: • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints You should have: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Full-time with occasional weekends.
