Immediate opening: we are hiring a combi boiler installer in Morgan County, Illinois. The job is in a gas distribution network. Day to day you will read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points. Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Able to read isometric and site drawings At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
