Restaurant steward — Wayne County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Wayne County, North Carolina. The role involves coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; check back during the meal and handle special requests. Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
