Ideal candidate: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine The role involves operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
