Bread baker — Andrews County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Andrews County, Texas. You will be based in a bread factory. On the job you will handle: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
