Now hiring: we are hiring a press machine operator in San Juan County, Washington. You will work in a textile mill. The role involves: • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift Ideal candidate: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage Part-time with flexible hours.
