Prep cook — Abaji

Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Abaji, Federal Capital Territory. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
