Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Grays Harbor County, Washington. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies On the job you will handle: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Rotating shifts.
