You should have: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors You will fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router.
